LOKT is a dating app that allows adults (over 18) to meet using their mobile devices. This simple app will offer the user a new potential match every 60 mins. The fun and novelty of the app is that after 60 mins if the other person hasnt chatted back they disappear forever and a new person appears in their place. So if the user really likes the person they can "Lock" them using a virtual lock for 24 hours (instead of only 60 mins). The other person is notified that they have been locked (LOKT) and they can either chat or ignore the notification. Once someone chats back they can continue the conversation with each other without any time limit. The app will be launched for free and will attempt to match users with people who are geographically close to them. Users will have the options to block other users from chatting with them as well as report inappropriate content.
